Abstract:
In this paper，the research results of apple cold resistance in recent years were summarized，the effects of low temperature stress on the cold resistance of apple were reviewed，the identification methods of different cold resistance were compared，the main cold-resistant apple varieties and rootstocks both domestically and internationally were listed，and the physiological and molecular mechanisms of apple in response to low temperature stress were explored. Finally，the problems existing in the study of apple cold resistance and the main direction of future research were pointed out. To provide support for further analysis of the cold resistance mechanism of apples and the breeding of cold resistance cultivars.
